Welcome to Newvision Yoga!
My purpose in life is to empower and inspire people to transform themselves and their lives. I have been an avid practitioner and student of yoga for over 10 years and am currently teaching at Inner-strength Yoga in Watertown, Kismet Wellness Center in Andover MA, and Be in Union Yoga in Somerville MA. I have had the great honor and pleasure of being trained to teach by Coeli Marsh of the Teachers Study Project as well as the Baptiste Power Yoga Institute with Claire Estes McDonald and Gregor Singleton.
For over 16 years I have delivered transformational programs for both personal and professional growth including the popular courses Newvision Yoga©, The Courage to Create©, and Drums and Fire - A primordial yoga experience.
I have had the pleasure of helping thousands of people pursue their passion, goals and dreams, to discover their true purpose, and to experience the true power and freedom of “being”. I have worked with artists, athletes, college students, entrepreneurs, CEO’s and corporate executives. I have worked with people of all ages from 18 to 64. All of these individuals have had different circumstances, dreams, wants, and hopes. All have a unique voice, a purpose, and a want to live a motivated and passionate life. All of these people I have helped.
My work with groups and organizations has allowed me the opportunity to provide high quality and impactful human resource products serving young growing companies as well as established corporations. This work has ranged from customer service and employee development training to strategic planning and executive and organizational achievement programs. Some of the organizations I have worked with include the Coca Cola Corporation, Legal Sea Foods, Boston University, Clark University, Airvana, and Spade Technology.
I bring these unique experiences to all of Newvision Yoga's programs, courses, and workshops. I look forward to working with you and helping you connect with, and achieve your dreams!
